Paul Jean Gervais - Dura Lex Sed Lex [1905]

Paul Jean Gervais (1859 - 1936) was a French painter born in Toulouse. He studied at the Ecole des Beaux Arts in Toulouse and then in Paris where he was a pupil of Jean-Leon Gerome and Gabriel Ferrier.
